Default Electrical Wiring Issues w/ Pics

I have a few plugs that aren't matching up. I need to know which wires will go to what....

The body plug -

The Engine Harness -

Also, this is the alternator harness... It has been extended into the cabin where the engine harness meets the ECU.... Which wires do these go to?

The body harness is from the 92 shell(Underneath the fuse bux).
The actual engine harness is from a 95 1JZ Soarer Auto.

[U]Found some new info on wiring up the alt. This can be used for future reference, and for other people.

1JZ alternator:
White (S)
Yellow/Green (L)
Black/Red (IG)

1JZ Auto ECU Pinout

http://jzs13.se/wp-content/JZZ30_1JZ...ECU_PINOUT.pdf

Found the other answer to my question also.

The TT plug consists of 4 wires. The NA plug only consists of 3.

Pretty much str8 forward...

Red/Black - Red/Black
Black - Black
Any Blue - White
Other Blue - Nothing

Your TT harness may come with a 5th wire. It should be an extra smaller gauge wire(Black/Red). This wire should be soldered into the thicker gauge wire also black and red.

Is this from a sc300 or 400? the second and thrid plug does not look familiar. The 3 wire plug is the EB2.

Black (EB2 pin 1)--To Starter. Engage wire.
White (EB2 pin 2)--To Alternator.
Black/Red (EB2 pin 3)--power to injectors, IACV, VSV, heat o2, and FP ecu. This wire is power from Main relay.

Post more pictures of the other 2 plugs, I can't identify it by the side.

Your alternator plug. Pull the heat resistance cover back so I can see the color of the wire where it is so I can tell what pin number they are.
