that sucks mang.. the tint doesn't seem dark... cop must have been wearing his sunglasses and said " that car has to dark of a tint,ill give him a ticket"......

Probably because these both cases were at night, when tint looks darker than it is.

Did he put a meter on the window to check? either way, that ticked should be thrown out. #1, the meters arent meant to be used at night cause there is less light to test anyway, so it reads incorrectly. #2 if he didnt use a meter, how does he know that the tint isnt within legal %'s?
Pay the administration and filing fees for the front plate(put one on first), and fight the tint..especially if the ticket was issued at night.

Yes, both tickets were issued at night, and both cops didn't measure anything. Should I remove the tint before going to court though?
