Ok, so my drivers side door speakers never worked even when i bought the car, tweeters and the 4". I just replaced them with new kickers and they still do not work. wtf. I checked the hookups and everything looked fine, is there something i might have overlooked? and the door locks and window still functions if thats any help. thanks.

 

You need to check the ouputs by the amp in the trunk of the car. Depends on your system also. Nak or Pioneer? It may be an amp going bad, but check all your connections in that first. This will give you something to check! Its under the mat in the right side of the car.

 

i had the same issue on my passenger door. the speaker wires got severed somewhere, so i just ran a new wire to the interior and its worked ever sence
