Default Anyone have experience with XXR wheels?

I know that most people spend atleast $3,000 on wheels and tires alone, and everyone hates on people buying inexpensive wheels but I really like the XXR 962's.

Instead of running the staggered setup, I think I'll go with the 18x9.5 in the front and rear with +35 offset. Not sure what size tires I should get though.

Does anyone know if these will fit the Supra TT BBK?

I can get a brand new set of these for roughly $750 CND at my door.

Here's a picture of the wheels that someone was selling (18x9.5)

They definitely look good, but the only reason I won't get them is because they are so damn heavy.

33 pounds heavy.

Yes definitely save up for something better. I currently have xxr 006 and also owned the 962 model. They're crap. really heavy like MarcusMIA said. Yes they look good but just the fact that they weigh so much is a downer =/. I'm saving up for something better. I want my wheels to flush with my fenders and xxr doesn't do that for you unless you put spacers.

XXR/SportMax are nice wheels at a good price. I would rock em but in a staggered fitment.

tires sizes...i'm not quite sure but i'm runnin 245/40 on my rears which are 18x9. they fit good, plus i'm stock so i dont need real wide tires and i'm poor.

I would mind a set of them, but they are extremely heavy..but for the price, they are hard to beat.

I think you'll be better off getting a set of MB Battles 18x9.5 +23 all around. They clear BBK.

I am thinking of tracking the car, but in that case I guess it would be better looking at a different set of wheels.. hmm.. any suggestions ? I love a nice chrome or polished lip

if youre gonna track the car, then a fat chrome lip shouldnt be in the cards. id suggest MB Battles like the guy above did. great wheel, good sizing and proper offset, lookin at about the same price as those ugly sportmax.

Get some FD rx7 wheels for the track for dirt cheap, and something else to go cruising.

I'm gonna get 18's.. 19's would probably be overkill and be really really heavy.. $600 USD shipped or CND?
