So I went on a 5 hour drive yesterday and experienced a few problems.

First when I accelerate and hit about 4.5k RPMS the lights and radio will shut off for a second and come back on.

Second the heater doesn't work - it did a couple days ago.

Third after cruising at 3.5k rpms for a while the car will buck, ride normal, buck again, etc.

I've check all the fluids everything is good, coolant is orange now? Could it be a bad ground? Alternator?

 

go to autozone/advanced/pep boys/o'ripoff's and get a charging system check for free.......

 

your coolant is orange all of a sudden?

I would flush the system asap, check your oil/under side of your oil cap for a milky residue, and have your alternator checked at autozone.
