What kind of numbers have you seen a 1J put out with BPU?

 

Should be around 270-300rwhp. I did close to that with FMIC, 3" exhaust,1 walbro at 10psi I think.

 

depends on what you call BPU.

Im still on stock twins, Greddy Profecb spec II 15 psi, stock y pipe and downpipe, 4" mid to 3inch duals, walbro 255lph running on AEM EMS and the last dyno trip was 387/382.

 

on stock twins i would say average is around 350whp ish??? depends on the mods,boost level,tuning, what dyno you are on etc.....

What's the most boost stocks twins can hadle? I read in a few places that anything over 14psi is a ticking time bomb, but I have also seen many 1jz owners boost way past that, so any real world experience?

 

15-16 psi is the most i would run.

 

what is the maximum bosst that can be run on the usdm 2jzgte with ct20's ??

 

I did 313/320 on 15 psi, untuned. I'm sure I could get around 350 with a decent tune, the engine is pretty potent.
