6k will have the highest light output. 4.8 is closest to daylight, but still has a tad bit of a "yellow" tint to it. 8k and 10k are way to blue and make the car look a bit on the "cheap" side.
I have 6k on my SC and its the perfect balance of light out put and color.
Actually 4300 is the closest to white light and also yields the most lumens...hence why all OEM applications use 4300k....
6k below are good. Anything higher is a marketing crap. Overlapping glare is bad and in cali, cop don't like them very well. It's bad enough our cars are badass. The lights something are asking to get a ticket.

To OP, depends on how stupid you want to look...the dumb way is to go 8000K, the dumber way is to go 10000K
if you want color, do it right and mod in the proper projector that gives you the color you want. 6000k is barely better than regular bulbs, and anything above is even worse. pluse, that blue light is proven to make your eyes tire quicker.
