Alright everybody, I know many of you may be opposed to them, but I bought myself a pair of Ebay lights for the SC. Chrome with a touch of awesome. Anyways, I noticed the light setup is different from stock so I can't just swap the bulbs. Now, when I try to pop in the 12v21w lightblubs, the little nubs on the end refuse to lock accordingly with the "Reverse L" locks for the lights and I'm forced to pull them back out with fear of damaging the bulbs. I'm hesitant to force the bulbs as I don't want to break them and I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with this problem. The lights themselves are all ready to go, I just need to know how to safely fit the bulbs without popping them

Eh, look. I'll be honest. My car, not yours. You can either help me or not. I like the lights because they look like Supra ones that conform to the SC shape. I'm not going to straight up buy actual Supra lights because I don't like them on SC's, but instead like the ones that blend with the SC.

So, you gonna help or not?

 

they sound like normal 1157 bulbs. there is a higher and lower nub is that where the issue is? maybe you havent lined em up correctly?

nope cuz i think you made a horrible mistake and your sc will look any ricer honda civic with them on.

i mean i can see 92 people upgrading to them since they look "better" but to ruin a 97+ with them, thats unforgivable.

Eh, you each have your own tastes. I personally don't like the 92 to 96 body styles, but you don't see me bashing someone's idea. I grew tired of the 97 tails, besides, I'm giving them to Cleanshots since he wanted them. I'm also getting Origin fenders off him for it.

 

 

 

Just because you spend money it doesn't mean your upgrading your car. But maybe they will look cool! Post pics when you finish
