Default Drive Shaft Linkage to Diff...

Does this rubber bushing (or whatever it's called) linking the drive shaft to the differential look to be in good (or at least adequate) condition?

I'm chaning my diff fluid right now and noticed this.

I've been getting very noticeable "clunk" sounds from the drive train whenever shifting between gears in park and was just wondering if what appears to be considerable wear on this rubber bushing might be causing that.

i had the clunk too but it was the front yolk, the input shaft into the tranny The u joint was broken apart.
