Default Drive shaft question

Just wondering if anyone has broken their drive shaft while racing?

It is a rubber velocity joint and i dont know much about it. Is it super strong or is it a weak link?

I have not heard of anyone snapping a drive shaft. I think they are pretty bullet proof.

The velocity joint is probably a necessity to reduce drive-line shock to the tranny..

Toyota builds tough drivelines. The F uses the same diff as the JZA80.

When I installed the torsen in my 2008, I also had 'em slip in Fig's front & rear diff bushings to hold everything in place better. Before ever hitting the strip.

Slap on some real slicks, crank up the spray, and let us know what happens.
