Default i have beat laziness

finally decided to post some pic's of my ride after a nice little wash and replacing the headlight, fender, and headlight of my 99 SC300. now problem is whether i should paint my fender or do a 5 speed conversion. some opinions would be nice.

paint the fender = couple hundred

5-speed swap = $1-1.5k +

If you have that kind of money paint the fender and bumper and ditch those HIDDEOUS rims, hell even stock rims are better than those monstrosities!!
