I sanded the cracked bondo down, and put some fresh bondo on, nothing more than 1/4 of an inch, and sanded and smoothed.

I like the 97+ bumper's design, but I cant stand the upper grille on them. Fill it in so I can see what it looks like with only 1 grille plz lol

Good luck, this car needs A LOT of TLC. Can't wait to see the end product.

It needed a lot more when I got it. It looks rough, but it's nearly complete.

UPDATE:

I rented the booth, sanded the whole car, used rattle can primer on the bare metal, then sanded with 400grit.

Then I put 3 coats of 2k urethane primer:

(Not my most flattering pictures, it was 92 degrees with 80 percent humidity in the shop. I was sweating like a fat chick at an all you can eat buffet.)

Tomorrow I wetsand yet again, and put on the base coat and maybe the clear coat.

It'smy first time painting, and I'm learning a lot along the way. I don't have any runs yet, and I'm trying really hard for this car to look decently presentable.

The sideskirts and front bumper are being painted seperately, I took them off before priming.

I'm doing pretty well, trying to finish my car ASAP to go to more meets. I also gotta dyno again, with a moderate tune and a boost cut controller.
