newly smoked tail on pearl white '97

just smoked my tail lights and here they be sexy stuff i think. let me know what you think.

Did you use VHT ? How many coats ?

for some reason vht only look good on black cars like mine lo but i like it on urs but that spoler has to goo. did you use adhesion promooter on ur tails

i did use VHT, probably about 5 coats from a good distance though. if you get up to close it pools up and drips. do some tests on scrap before use.

its all a matter of opinion sir. i made it work on white glad you like. and yea my wing is strange. its not at all like the other, but i like it. i did not use adhesion promooter. why do you ask?

^^why do you say that? i never once considered it. i was more optimistic about this project because they were in fact 97 lights. sorry if you dont like, sir.

the reason i ask about the adhesion is cause it help the materia in the night shade bond to the plastic lens better thats all but is just a personal prefrence

eh, its so dark you cant tell they are 97s. Maybe a lighter tint would still show the styling, but you can black out 92s/95s and it would look pretty much the same. Bleh, maybe I just want some 97 tails.

sorry to disappoint everyone lol but trust me they are not that dark, the photos blow *****. you can still see the interior of the lights, its just gotta be in person. WILL YOU ALL EVER FORGIVE ME!!?!??? sheesh close the thread plzz lol.

Of course this is only my opinion but I think you ruined a good set 0f 97 tails, they don't flow with the white or the wheels you have...Honestly do you really think the tints look better than OEM

in my HONEST opinion, they both look great. i was looking for a change in appearance, and im satisfied with it to the fullest. if i ever get tired or bored with it ill just buy some new 97's. its not like they're obsolete.
