Has anyone here tried a roof rack on their SC?

I am looking at a yakima set-up. Q-towers with stretch kit and a sky box (cargo box). I know it will look bad, but stock cargo space just isn't enough for everything I need to do on vacation this year.

If you have tried this or anything else, let me know what you did and how it worked, including how the car handled with the gear on.

y would u want a roof rack on an sc? vacation..? get a suv, u get a roof rack on a sc and put stuff up there, its likely going to damage the roof..

 

wrong. had one on my solara for years and it never damaged the roof. if removed and cleaned routinely you will be just fine. loved the rack and its works great. go for it.
