Thanks for all the nice words guys. The shifter was from a seller auto.platonium on the ebay.com.AU site, but they don't appear to have any right now.
The o/d switch is shown top right. For the folding mirror junkies, here's a close up ...

Looks good, real good. Drivers door kinda seems a tad splotchy, but it just looks uncured at the time of the pic. Will definitely keep drying itself out. real good job!

Ryeno too easy. Contact Daniel Savage, he is a specialist JDM wrecker in Australia. He trades on ebay.com.AU as 'airtech' and is also very active on soarercentral.com. I know he wrecking a Soarer GTT right now. A nice guy, who would be happy to assist I'm sure.
