You could just get by with not using the drain bolt at all. Get a manual pump and hose and pump oil out the fill hole. Then re-fill.

if you know someone with a welder you can just weld a bolt to it just to get it out. It is not the ideal way to do it but it works.

No way will that screwgrab work.

A 'plug' type screw is especially hard to get out if it's overtorqued and stripped, because the threads are at a larger circumference than the driver and has a torque advantage.

Nothing short of welding a bolt, or drilling it out with a very large drill bit, or slotting the plug, will help you here. Drilling it out and slotting it are particularly difficult as it's countersunk.

Easiest way by far is just not to deal with it. A hand pump is less than $20 at most autoparts stores. You'll easily get 90% of the oil out with that tool and just refill.
