get a dremel and just cut it off. anything else is a waste of time and money at this point

Bought the PB blaster, and got the dremel from a friend. Last resort would have to be drilling in with a reverse bit.

Make sure you have the proper cutting wheel on the dremel.

Heavy-Duty Cut-Off Wheels 420. Go to home depot and get the reinforced wheels, just so you know this is probably going to take sometime and probably a few wheels.

they have wheels specifically for cutting certain metals. Those flimsy ones that came with the dremel can do it, but they'll break and send shards of sharp things flying to your face.


edit: i used these to do endlinks and cutting out rusted exhaust bolts
