not a good deal. look on here for any AC compressor from a MKIV supra or SC300 (generally about 100-150 bux), install it yourself, and then take it somewhere to be evacuated and recharged with refrigerant (about 100 bucks). If you want to, while you're at it, you can change the receiver/dryer at the same time so you don't worry about moisture in your refrigerant. If you get the used compressor and take it somewhere, it'll be about 250 to do everything. Screw that 900 bucks for a rebuilt compressor crap.
i bought a 2JZGTE a/c compressor with 66k miles on it for $60 shipped and recharged it and bam, perfectly working a/c. It's really not too difficult to swap it out yourself, i am horrible with mechanical stuff but did it in an afternoon.

Sorry for bringing up an old thread but this is the closest i have seen that relates to my problem. Does any 2jzge air compressor work with my 93 sc300? I can get one off an MKIV but do not know if it is compatible...help please! Lol
