Its my first time posting. I have a 95 sc300, and I need a little of your expert advice.

I want to change the cd player and put in a new one, but I need help deciding what will fit and what wont. I have already researched and saw the Metra dash kit will fit.
I know I can just remove the ash tray area and put a player in but I dont know HOW. (and I would like to know what size would fit)
another question I have is how the hell do I replace the rear speakers? I have a few new ones, but I don't know how to take off the speaker covers without ripping it off, because its glued down! Is there a way to remove the rear speakers without tearing off the cover?

please help me! I cant bare to listen to the grainy FM radio any longer! need help replacing cd player quick!!
