Question I need tire recommendations!

I need rear tires because the Pilot Sports that came on my wheels have been mostly vulcanized. I need a tire that's stiff in the side, has good traction and is good for handling and the occasional drift. They need to be 265/35/ZR18. If they're not the best rain tire that's ok, I'll probably need more at the end of the summer anyway
I've seen some Japanese autocross tires with interesting tread patterns.. maybe those will do?

I run Firestone Firehawks - they fit your requirements and I'm very satisfied w/ mine.

For smaller rim tires, do not buy Dunlop SP Sport A2's. They track like hell in ruts, and look stupid. On the good hand, they are awesome in rain, and brake very nicely. I have Lemans 225/60/15s on back.

I haven't put tires on the sc and the ones on it now are good - they are nitto 265/35/ZR18. I can report that I love kuhmo - for the honda's i've played with. Course they are FF cars, but the basic principle applies - they are quality tires and I've always been able to find them at decent prices i.e. 85$ for zr17's. I love the drift - and they are great for daily use.
