After sitting for a year and a half, I got tired of watching my SC rotting away. The paint was shot from the Texas sun (the infamous clear coat peel). So I decided to give it a make over..

What was done: Paint, HIDs, LED parking and corner lamps, changed CD changer, new climate control, timing belt, water pump, all new gaskets, Tokico blues, Daizen upper and lower bushings, new tires, alignment, and engine cleaning (that was a disaster BTW). And a new set of work VSXX's with conservative specs (daily driver)..

The finished product:

Still to come: Spacers, OLT cluster lights, new leather, Contemplating coilovers and AC kit..

Sorry pics are so big.. I dont know how to resize..

Looks good, shame to see one sit. It's more fun than a GS so I'm sure you'll have some fun now.

Thanks guys.. The more I look at it.. the more I feel the AC kit or 97 conversion is needed to give it a more up to date look. My lady is going to kill me when I break the news to her.. Any suggestions as to how I go about doing this would be appreciated.. I still have to get new leather too.

id go the 97 route because its cheaper and i think it looks better. yes, i know the ac kit looks like the 97 but i think 97's subtle look is a lot nicer.

They have the best prices I've seen yet.. I suggest the slim ballast (better quality then the standard).
