Default A quick question

My brother's SC lost all but one lug bolt on the rear wheel. Weak. I'm trying to replace the bolts, but need to first remove the axle(hub) bolt. Does anyone know what size that bolt is? Also, will I need a press to remove the lug bolts?

Thanks for your help!

Does he have original wheels or aftermarkets? This will determine the thread size or socket size. I dont think you will need a press either. I think the original are 17mm? Someone else?

The socket size for the original mag shank lug nut is a 21mm. The huge socket you need for the axle bolt is a 32mm. Have fun!

He lost the nuts for the wheels or broke off the studs? Studs are the bolts sticking out of the car that the wheel sits on.

We think the tire shop overtorqued the lugs, so it sheared off the actual studs. I think the 32mm bolt is the one in question, thanks!

ttodhunter, Make sure you have these hub centric rings, on each rim.
