Default 2 bolt pattern

I got this set srim for free, the problem i have is it have 2 set of bolt pattern, one is 5 x 114.3 (lexus) and the other pattern is 5 x120. It running on245/40/20, i have a 92 sc400 stock, i was wondering if they would fix my car and is it safe to drive since it has 2 bolt pattern. I don't know the offset, but the rim are by Lowenhart

another question if i put it on my car with stock suspension will it be ok, i mean will i get any rubbing and do i need to do any fender bending

thanks

was reading on some other forums that the tire will be hard(er) to balance and the integrity of the rim is less
