Need help with a bolt pattern

Ok I'm getting these 20" Oz Operas with a 38 offset and a 112 mm bolt pater with 14 mm holes. The guy says it WILL ABSOLUTELY FIT my 114.3 mm bolt pattern. Anyone know if he's lying???

You might have to have the holes redrilled for the right setting. I dont' think 112 can work. I might be wrong

GSNAV I loooove your ride especially the GT3's and the Veilside. By the way, what do your 19's weight?
