$900 sounds like a deal. What are the spring rates?

Let me help point you in the right direction..

for 900 you can get a set of stances if you know ppl and they are much better valved then the D2. i have no experience with the D2's on the SC but comparing s13 its not even close. stance is a much better ride.

I have D2. Everybody keeps saying stance is better but D2 has more adjustment, monotube aluminum body, corrosion resistant etc. I can get you a better deal than $900. PM me. (you can also order custom spring rates for free)

more adjustment doesnt mean better by any means. if you have 5hitty valves it doesnt matter if they can be adjusted 5 times or 35 times...they are still crap. aluminum shock bodies are only useful for reducing unsprung weight. stances can be had in aluminum too. so corrosion resistance, what else since you said "etc".

i hope the shocks with custom spring rates also get revalved. you can only vary so much before the damping is off.

I agree with Wald.sc400
I had a set of d2 on my 240sx and eveytime I turn it make noise like everyone in the parking lot can hear! When I call D2 they told me to sent my in and they will look at them If I pay shipping to and from them! So I did and they told me nothing is wrong. when I got it back I try it on my friend 240SX before he install his Tein it made the same noise!

D2's are notorious for leaking and blowing seals

Also that price is ****, over here in crappy Australia they are $900, so with your exchange rate you should be getting them cheaper.

Why not go gixxer drew?
