Default Overdrive light blinks in diagnostic mode

After getting my cluster back and seeing that my CEL is on, I decided to follow the diagnostic procedure as outline on this page. I figured out that my car is throwing the EGR code (71). However, I can't seem to locate a place that describes the codes from the auto ECU, which flashes the overdrive light. The O/D light displays a 42. If I look at the 42 entry on the aforementioned page, it is only given from the 7M series engines. Also, it doesn't make any sense, since my speedometer works perfectly fine. So anyone know what the code might be?

Video of this can be seen here.

Weird, sometimes you can just trigger a random code when in the reset procedure so I'd just disconnect the battery for a little bit and allow the ecu to reset. It'll reset your settings completely and you'll have to drive the car a few times to relearn your style, but you might end up getting better performance and gas mileage that way since I like to reset mine every year or so. It might just be stuck in an odd mode, I have seen it happen once or twice. Some codes are "one time" codes that get randomly triggered.

Pulling the EFI fuse for ~30 seconds should work about as well... right?
