I bought the Bomex mirrors a while back used from LexusFTW, then decided later that the style of them was just not what I was looking for- Wanted something smaller. Side mirrors take away from the overall appearance of the SC's shape in my opinion, so after seeing several race version I knew what to do. Here is one of the picture which made me want to go with race mirrors, as well it has influenced the over all basic style that my SC is going for! I think it makes the long nose look more continuous:

This Soarer is the BIGGEST influence on the style I'm going for [Time-Attack] Notice-Race mirrors:
(This Soarer has black trim from the factory of course -Lucky- The SC looks much more GT when trim is black def)

A CHALLENGE!
in viewing angle, i meant, when looking through the mirror, do you lose some of the sight in your mirror as compared to the oem mirror as most aftermarket mirrors lose quite a bit of your viewing angle losing your site in the rear equating to more blind spots.

Sure!

Btw, if you're wanting less blind spots and more viewing angles, maybe you should affix some Military LMTV truck quad-mirrors to your SC?
