but i do like the design, and yes the "JDM SPEC" screams rice..reminds me of the "Type R" on every honda you see, and less than 2% are actually "Type R".

I would say that it would look good if it was detailed work. The cartoony looks just doesnt make it look nice. Get them to cut you out another just like this http://www.aitcs.com.au/stickers/images/Gryphon.jpg tell them to blow it up to whatever size you want and if you want it to look better instead of going cartoony mix and match colour to make it more interesting. For example id go black like the picture and where the wings have white i'd put gold there. Would look a lot classier and sleeker and thereby suiting the car. Just my opinion anyway.
RICEable dude..... i'm paying respect to the car's bloodline, they look really badass, i've gotten many comments and it gets people asking questions, they want to know what it means, so they get taught what a Soarer is, and why they wish they had one. 
Plenty worth it to me....besides i spent alot of time sketching up the design to make sure it flowed with the car's lines.
Its almost an insult to be called "RICE"

Anyways, they are wayyyy to expensive to just take off, imma take the JDM SPEC UZZ30 off, but the griffin and soarer stays.
Next time around they will be cut in black vinyl, being a nice suprise hidden tribute in the right light.
