Default 16" BBS Rims (updated photos of rims & new car)

Hello,
I just purchased a 92 SC400.
The dealer installed new 225-55-16 BF Goodrich G-Force Super Sport tires on the stock chrome rims. The rims are a little rough so I was thinking about changing them. I want to keep the stock size and use the new tires.
Has anyone on the forum tried these?
BBS $399 on eBay.
16x7 40mm offset.
Thanks,
bcsc400

Welcome! I've seen some members with BBS rims but I don't know if anyone has 16''s. Try the search function to get some results. I think they would be a great option if you want to stick to the stock sizing.

If you absolutely want to stick to stock sizing do it. I suggest that you just burn through the tires on your stockers and use that $400 to another set of wheels later on

yeah i know..fitment is good, they look good on sc's, they are bigger than 16's without the tire cost of 18's and you can get a good set with tires for around $400..

He wants to keep the 16s.

But I see what you're saying. I think $400 is a little low for a set of TTs in good shape with tires though. I tried looking for a set before and they were a bit more pricey.

I think the 5 spokes look kind of weird and well......flat and sit too far in
