Default Replacement of reverse light bulbs

The reverse lights on my SC are really dim, even after I changed the set of bulbs. My rear windows are tinted 20% so I see nothing when I back up at night, and the area my house is located in have no streetlamps. Can I replace the bulbs with LED wedge bulbs? Or any other suggestions before I hit the trash car, plow into the compost pile, or run over a dog?

You can wire in some backup lights somewhere else under the bumper ,but that would garbage the car up if you could see them ,but it was a idea. I have seen people put headlight bulbs in them those really work but you can't have them on too long cause it could melt the plastic lol.

I have polarg bulbs for my reverse lights, but it didn't do much. My LED spoiler helps the most. If I need to see anything I can just tap on the brake real fast.

On the 97 + the fact that the lens turns yellow makes it worst. I've thought about putting something around or near the lic plate wired in, like a light bar that you can't see or notice from the outside.
