Has anyone ran into a problem with when your accelarating your car jumps like it going to turn off but then takes off happens at speeds between 30-40 and again between 60-70? I think its the fuel pump,or the injection. I cleaned the injection and its still doing it.

 

 

sounds like a tranny problem? i could be wrong. That sounds exactly what happen on my acura cl. somebody here should able to answer it?

 

MAF...check the connection and the actual MAF. My Z did this in traffic, scared the @#E@ outta me cause it was really irradic. My issue was the second harness had a split in it.

I'm having the same problem right now. Replaced plugs and fuel filter.....still no change. Did notice that one of my distributor caps wasn't firing like the other...this is my next step. Hope this works, b/c car feels and sounds like it's going to cut off in traffic. Also noticing that my cat converters are sputtering....problems, problems, problems........
