What is this part in the trunk antenna side? I was doing some quick vibration investigating (I'm in the process of planning sound/vibration reduction for my two 12s that shake the **** out of my SC) when I noticed that this box was rattling. Didn't spend any amount of time trying to figure it out myself, but figured someone could just give me a quick answer. Sorry for the ****ty pic, cell phone ftl. Thanks in advance.

 

If I am correct I believe water drains into their. You'll see clear plastic tubes running down to the top of them.
