yesterday I pulled my driver side sun visor down and heard a crack when i tried to put it back up it just dangled back down and it wont stay up seems as if something came off or broke that made it stiff enough to stay in the up position but does anyone know how to fix this?

 

bump anyone know its bugging me I really dont want to order another its in great shape just wont stay up

 

Unbolt it from the ceiling and investigate.
