Default Driver Side Visor not staying up

My driver side visor is not staying up as first did. It comes down about 1/2 inch from the liner on the roof. Is there any fix other then a new visor or can this be fixed? Help Please.

There does not seem to be a place to open up the visor. No one that I know has taken a knife to it, so there is no information as to what can be done to increase the resistance.

New one from the dealer are expensive and for the driver side they may be a bit more as you have the HomeLink electronics.

Once in a while, I have seen posts on ebay, but you have the problem of color matching. I my self am on the look out for the passenger side visor.

I have this problem too. Just wear-and-tear sort of thing it seems like. What I do is just pull it all the way down and then kind of just slam it when I am putting it up...this makes it go back to original position like the thing was never slightly busted. hahaha.
