Steering Wheel Clicks When Turning...Help
Re-installed steering wheel but whenever turning the steering wheel to drive, it clicks.
Cruise Control stops working and sounds like the wires inside are tangled?
Help?

I took apart the airbag and the yellow "dial" that says turn 6 times along with the other instructions, I followed. It does not click when I turn it to the right but to the left it clicks.
I have tried the turning process many times, Is it something I am doing wrong or is it the actual the middle "dial" piece that needs to be replaced?
My only guess is that when I look into the clear part of the "dial" i can see the cables somewhat tangled?

The middle dial piece that you are talking about is the clock spring. Its under the airbag and all. That spins and then after long use is usually looses its contacts or breaks inside then you use you cruise control. Replace the clock spring and you should get all of your functions back and you will loose the noise.
