Hey, I have a friend who is willing to lend me his Snap-on scanner, but he only works on GM's, so he says I'm going to need a card and adapter for Toyota/Lexus. Where do I find such card? I found the adapter on ebay.

This is for a 1UZ OBD1 engine.

 

If i remember correctly i think you need key card K2A to go with it. Not 100% sure but that's what I've done on my car (OBD II) and several other imports (both OBD I and II)

What kind of scanner is it and how much is he selling it for?

 

K2A seems to be for OBD2 engines, what about OBD1
