Default So I...

I finally got around to toying with the extra gauge cluster I had from a parts car I bought a while back (No I do not have the car anymore).

I plugged it in and calibrated everything. All the needles work! First time for me...lol.

Few questions.

--Is there a way to utilize the outside temp feature? I have a 92 SC300, cluster came from a 95 SC400.

--The mileage is inaccurate on both ODO's. I swapped them and they do not work on the opposing cluster, but do function when put back to normal. How can I use the new cluster and have accurate miles? (The 95 one has 85k or so, mine has 171k)

--I also need to know who else can do cluster conversions other than LexTech? Can't seem to pin point other vendors and want to check prices on my own before sending one away.

1--No big deal.

2--Called Lexus dealer. They send their cluster jobs out to a company in CA. 3-5 day turn around.

3--I do know there ARE other companies that do SC cluster conversions. I was asking their names, not if there are other companies. I want to compare pricing and customer opinions before blindly sending it off to a company that has had mixed reviews. I can't afford to be a mistake and only receive a sorry.

Ok maybe I didn't say it clearly so I'll clarify. No there are not other options. There is/was two companies total that attempted to build, one was shut down last week after 3 weeks of legal litigation for copyright/patent infringement, the other is still in process so Brandon hasn't updated anyone on how that was going. There was a very tricky wording of the patents that locked the service down when I paid the $4,000 for the utility patents and it has covered brandon's butt for 3 years now since he bought the company. LLS however isn't an option for your SC, so you might want to go the classifieds route and get a used cluster to get parts from.

How is it not an option for a stock SC cluster? I intended to buy the one I have in now so I can send out my stock cluster to have it converted.

Thanks for the clarification.

Welp...

Day two and no response from LLS to my mechanic. I had him email them or whatever.

I was poking around at work this morning and found that the waterfall needles aren't for the 95+ clusters.

Is that why LLS isn't for the cluster OLT? Remember I bought the 95 to use as a temp solution while I have my tech send out the 1992 SC300 cluster that came in the car originally for me and he can put it back in.

My Pacifica is back for the time being.
