have the same problem but i got use to it.

what you do is look at what white part of the speedometer is covered by the black needle. so if you dont see the tick mark between 40 and 50 youre doing 45...or you can get the cluster fixed. lol.

its not that important to me right now. im use to mine so i can live with it. id rather get some wheels right now 18x10.5+15 RPF1's in matte black all around here i come...

Brandon has something up his sleeve for the end of '08, but I haven't been able to wiggle it out of him yet.

I sent my cluster to lextech and now (6 months later) the needles r back out. Don't get me wrong they do great work and i'm planning on sending my climate control to them. anyone know how to get the cluster apart so i can send the needles when i send the climate control?

You can't just send the needles unless you know how to calibrate them yourself.

eBay has the needles on there all the time. I plan on doing mine when/if mine goes out with a blue background with white needles.

I remember when you sent yours to Brandon, lee. You are getting big spikes in that thing. Tell brandon to add capacitors to your cluster. He also has removal notes so ask him.

Default Lextech

I just got my cluster back with super white background and needles, and the blue odo/time.

1992 sc400, 250k miles, everything was out.

Takeout is easy per their instructions. I drove mine the week the cluster was gone, no problems.

Note where the temp gauge is at normal temp, as that and I believe the gas gauge may need to be adjusted afterwards. My temp is about 1.5 marks high now. Not sure yet about the fuel.

Also, my airbag light is on(as Brandon said it would be). He has a fix posted on the website.

I could not be more pleased.

My 2 cents.

Alan

Just pull the needle out and spray some glow in the dark paint on it
