Default A/C diagnostic code 43 fix?

I searched all over the forum and couldn't find any fix's for code 43

Could someone with a service manual scan and post the procedure to test/diagnose code 43



any help is much appreciated

CODE 43

Air Outlet Damper Position Sensor Circuit



Circuit Description
This sensor detects the position of the air outlet damper and sends the appropriate signals to the air conditioning control assembly.
The position sensor is built into the air outlet servomotor assembly.

Air Outlet Servomotor Circuit



Circuit Description
This circuit turns the servomotor and changes each mode damper position by the signals from the A/C control assembly. When the AUTO switch is on, the A/C control assembly changes the mode automatically between (FACE), (BI-LEVEL) and (FOOT) according to the temperature setting.

Well, was this problem fixed?

Hildi has the same problem with her SC, and it'd help to know what you ended up doing.

EDIT: Hildi ended up bypassing, rather than fixing the problem.
