Today was Round 5 of the DMCC (Drift Mania Canadian Championship)

Mister Carl Nadeau in the Kumho demo car was giving hell of a show with their coloured smoke tires until...



Don't know exactly what happened...but he was pushing it kind of hard...after the flames, he went for a cooldown lap, let go a bit of white smoke, and everything seemed ok...

This guy is nuts, he was involved in a major traffic accident 3 weeks ago, was operated to the spine friday, and was back on track this weekend. He finished 4th in his S13, but left the track in an ambulance. The guy would drift until death if he could.

more or less...the drift scene here in Canada is a bit different. Cars have sponsor decals and all, but drivers still have to cover most of the expenses. only a few drivers have a wheel without investing personnal money in the series...

The soarer is one of Carl's personnal cars, if something's broken, he'll have to pay for it himself.
