quick question about adjusting high beams

what size is the adjusting bolt? I've been trying to adjust it all day and putting all sorts of wrench in there and nothing fits, plus my hands are too big to move around inside...arrggh!!! so frustrating

nope my car didn't come with that wrench key/L thing
