Default Project DD...92 sc300

so i got this about 2-3months ago with BHG, window was stuck down, blown front struts and other things for $1300...


so we got to work...

then we got the head off...


....really messy...

seems the exhaust side head bolts were pretty damn loose...

starting the cleaning process while the head went down to the machine shop.

after getting OEM bolts, hg and other misc gaskets we go the head on...

along with other things...

and then we started it....

Please dont mind the door panel
After flushing her and changing the oil a few times we got her smokeless and idling pretty good...

oh yea and we did all this right outside my house since the garage was in use with my mk3...

And now i drive her everyday to work.

thanks man, just have a few more issues to deal with...ball joint is gone so needs a LCA and tie rods. Needs brakes and rotors, gotto fix the gauge cluster, and i gotto fix the damn dent in the 1/4 panel. All in due time.

installed some eibach/tokico blues with some new shoes....havent washed her since its been raining but will do 2moro.

yea it was a ***** to take the manifold off...not as much as a 87 supra tho...after doing the hg on that this one was easier heh.
Hopefully i'll get to wash it today and get some betta pics.
