Default Cel code 26, rich air/fuel

Car has started throwing code 26 as mentioned in title. In addition to the CEL Code, the car has started to buck on light throttle at speeds from 40 to 60 mph. In other words, when accelerating or decelerating - no problems. If trying to maintain a speed, it bucks.
I did a search and could not find many threads in regards to the cel code problem and lots of threads with different cures for the bucking. The best applicable thread I could find mentioned the IACV needing cleaning. I have searched for a "how to" on this and failed to find one that actually gives the location of the IACV. I found information saying only 2 screws to take off and clean it, but without knowing where it is, I am out of luck. Can anyone help me out? Is the IACV the possible issue for code 26? or am I wasting time on that?

IACV is the idle air control valve and it is only working when the throttle is closed and the car is at idle. when you drive it does nothing. if you have idle problems then it might be the culprit.

if you have problems with the air/fuel mixture then it is most likely the oxygen sensor in your car. its what controls the air/fuel ratio and is the feedack sensor to the ecu.
