need help with oil panS!!
I recently bought a 2J but not knowing that there were differences in the 2J (except the GE and GTE, obviously). I figured this out when i tried dropping it into my SC and noticed the rack and pinion interfering with the engines oil pan and not letting it fall in place.
So i did my research, and saw that the GS and IS's 2J have the oil pan in the front and the SCs and Supras have it in the back.
Now, my question is, does the upper oil pan off of another 2J (SC or Supra) fit my engine considering i have a GS engine? A friend of mine told me it does, and i believe him but i just want more opinions, and be 110% sure cause i'll buy this piece at the junk yard and its not gonna be cheap and once i buy it theres no going back
