Default Lighted Door Seals

I made a trip to the junk yard they had a wrecked RX350 i brought the lighted doors seals for $50.00 bucks,wired them into lights in the doors of my sc400 and it worked great just thought I'll share that with you guys.

what did u have to mod to make it fit? (did u have to cut to fit?)

I had to cut & trim my black plastic door trim & I took the RX350 Aluminum door trim and screwed it down ,then just place my black plastic trim on top of the lighted door trim and it snap right back into the factory holes,it looks real good at night when I have the lambo doors up.

yeah I want blue also,but the junkyard only had a RX350,but the RX350h (HYBRID) has the blue lighted door seals,but the deal wants $227.00 for each door,so maybe one day I will luck up and find a RX Hybrid in the junkyard

you cant change out the bulbs in them? they look awesome i wanna see a full pi with the lambo doors

I'm actually working on a custom set for my mkiv... hmm might have to pick these up for reference! Is it lit through a bulb or is it electroluminescent?

that's pretty sharp, I actually thought about this once cause an uncle of mine has a RX. Glad to know that someone did actually get to trying this
