4000 is a bit too much to pay tho, but if you have the means to get the car fixed cheap, i say go for it! cant wait to see the result.

 

lmaoo yea she is the one, did you go look at it? i actually thought it was in worst shape when i spoke to the guy, he said both quarters and both fenders had damages. i dont even know why i went to look at it honestly but it was good that i did.
i also went to go look at one in l.i. did you see that one it was a 99 pearl/tan guy would take 4700 but i was sketchy air bag lights on nothing up front was lining up, i didnt want to take something with a bent frame so i said fruck it went with this one i had to talk this guys ear off to get it at 4k.. where in ny are you? how much are you trying to spend?

Dude; You have made me feel REAL good about owing my very clean 97 SC400. I have always known they hold their value but man 4G's!!!!!@180K with that kind of damage. If it has the UZ-FE you have a bulletproof engine though. They are great cars though, elegant lines and great ride. Once your finished you wont even think about that 4Gs though. Good luck

My A/C Compressor does the same thing. From what I've gathered, there are four bearings in the compressor. If one of them fries itself, it makes that whining noise when the compressor is engaged. I need to replace it, but I've just been too lazy.

Also - That car has potential to be awesome - I LOVE the platinums when they're done up right
