Default Stuck seat....temporary fix.

I've search and found the thread about how to fix the track when it gets stuck. i wanted to know if temporarily i could move the seat to a certain position without buying the part for now and just leave it unplugged?

I'm still bringing the motor, tranny and interior electronics back to life slowly. so everything gets its own bit of attention when time comes around.

Thanks in advance

yes you can, I posted how to do it in a thread I made which shows how to fix the seat. There is a bolt you can turn the manually moves the track up and down the rail. Search is your best friend.

But since it was my thread I will point you to it..

***edit*** Whoops looks like i must have edited that part out a long time ago.
I have reposted the last picture with the wormgear in blue and another bolt circled in red.
I cant remember which one it was exactly, but im pretty sure its one of them.
It was way too long ago to remember. apply common sense as necessary

If you do it on the correct side it will actually move both the rails.
(i want to say the side closest to the motor, but its been a while)

enjoy.
