My modifications
Hmmm, my humble opinion:
Maintenance, make sure everything is working proper.
Wheels, preferably 18 inch with an offset that fits flush.
Suspension, a good shock/spring combination.
Exhaust, you choose what kind.
Tints.
Then you can go from there, and be comfortable with what you have so far.

jk jonny. He makes a good point though, going boosted can be pretty expensive, especially when done correctly. Boost can be very reliable for everyday driving, but it does take some bank to get you there (I am talking about 150-200+% increase in hp also, not that ebay 5 psi stuff.) If you're in high school now, and plan on going with power in the future, you have nothing but time to do research, and more research, on how to get the look that you want but also have it very functional to hold the power, not just a slammed low rider look, but an agressive tone that performs well also. Same with wheels, there are wheels that weigh 40 pds. and wheels that weigh 13 pds. Also consider width whenever you buy wheels/tires. Moral of the story is, figure out exactly what you want to do now, that way when you buy, you have bought it purposely, not on a whim like so many of us have done and found out later that we didnt need/want it. Just remember once you get the HP bug with a 2j, there is no going back.... You bought those wheels that look soooo good, but on the other hand shedding those 20 pds can make you that much quicker.... OOOOO the AGONY!Jon
I ordered suspension the first day I had my car...then I borrowed my friends G35/Z33 wheels just to get the ugly 15s off my car, then I got HIDs, and a front lip, and now I'm going to order a 1J
You already have the drop so add the wheels.
The body conversion is one that must be done all at once because if you have to paint each individual part at different dates it is going to cost you much more than having it all shot at once the same color and at the same time. you'll forever have a "fresh piece of paint" on your car if you do it in stages and it will never all look like it should.

What's a drop if you're rolling stock?
If you had not done any suspension work; I would vote conversion.
Since you're dropped; get wheels. Not to mention that if you do have to roll your fenders and possibly mess up your paint you won't have to paint again after the conversion.
Wheels make sense in your case.
I would do suspension and wheels at the same time. Body kit and other engine mods before or after your wheels is all on you.
I went in this order, or still trying to complete it
Maintanence of course
lip kit
engine mods
suspension and wheels
But to each its own
