gotcha. this is if you're going at it alone right? if you have someone to help you out they just hold it in place for you.
It's not so much the extra set of hands as it is fitting your hand in the allocated space to allow you to hold it.
I would say the reason most people don't mention this is because they have their body shops install it and don't do it themselves - but then we would have 300 people saying they did theirs themselves
Or a better question for any one who has done this conversion, What is the bare minimum of parts i need for this, What can i use of my old car? i want just what i need for it to look factory and preform like it was already on the car
i was planning on doing the 97 conversion to, so whats all the parts will i need to buy
You will need to search and find out. I was kind enough to make a thread detailing everything you need - I even put the part numbers in for you to make it extra easy

Again, I made a thread detailing everything you need with part numbers. I am pretty sure I included what you don't need in there.
If anyone has anymore questions AFTER YOU READ MY THREAD then post them up...
You can click the search button just as easily as I can, so start trying to use it before you ask something that has been covered many times... If you search and can't find it, then by all means post up and I will do my best to help.
lol I had searched for it earlier but couldn't find anything..
And one last question about the fogs, I see I will need to buy the wiring harness for that, could I just splice those wires and have it connected to my battery (as i do with my current fogs/turn signals)
The cables go from battery to fuse to switch to foglights.

#1. You don't need to upgrade the headlights on the 97 conversion.
#2. Go to the classifieds with your for sale items.

I've done it on my wrecked 92 sc300. All you need is just the bumper! Yup, that's it. However, the black dust guard under the front bumper is slightly shorter to mate with the larger main dust guard under your car. But even so, you can still slightly stretch it out a bit, and just screw on the screw bolts. Trust me, the body shop guys will know what to do. That's automatically their next alternative.
