Simple Q - 1995 SC400 OBD1 or OBD2?

My friend is doing a swap and he isnt sure if his motor is OBD1 or OBD2. Its from a 1995 SC400 w/ Federal Emissions.

OBD1 or 2, cannot find it after searching.

96 & newer= OBD2

Thank you, he wasnt sure if they started early in 95 on these cars... and for some reason I was stumped too!
